If the course is wrong for you, say so
Fourteen days, under a quarter of the modules, one written request. No retention script, no exit survey, no clause buried on page four. The free intro module exists so you rarely need this page at all.
The short version
Four points, before any detail
- 01
Try it free first
Every course opens with a free module. We would rather you spent ten minutes there than asked for money back later, and it costs nothing.
- 02
14 days to change your mind
A single-course purchase can be refunded within 14 days, provided you have completed less than a quarter of its modules.
- 03
Ask in writing
Send the request from the contact page with the course name and the purchase date. We reply in writing and confirm what happens next.
- 04
Refunds go back the same way
The money returns to the card or account that paid, through our payment provider. We never hold a balance or issue credit instead.
What you bought matters
The rule is different for each route
A course you own for good, a subscription that renews and a team invoice are three different purchases, so they cannot share one refund rule.
Compare the routes-
A single course
14 daysRefundable within 14 days of purchase if you have finished less than a quarter of the modules. Past either limit the purchase stands, because at that point you have had the substance of the course.
-
The all-access subscription
Cancel any timeYou can cancel whenever you like and access runs to the end of the period you already paid for. We do not refund part of a period that is already running, and we do not auto-refund an unused one.
-
Corporate team seats
Per agreementSeats are bought on an invoice, so refunds follow the terms of that agreement rather than this page. Unassigned seats can usually be credited; seats already in use cannot.
-
The free intro module
Nothing to refundIt costs nothing, which is the point. Nobody needs to take a financial risk to find out whether our teaching suits them.
How to ask
Four steps, and a person at each one
- 01
Write to us
Use the contact page or email us directly. Include the course name, the purchase date and the email address on the account.
- 02
We check the record
We look at the purchase date and your module progress. That is the only check — we do not ask you to justify the decision or sit through a retention call.
- 03
You get a written decision
Normally within five working days. If the request falls outside the window we say so plainly and explain which limit applied.
- 04
The money is returned
Approved refunds are issued through the original payment method. How quickly it appears is down to your bank, usually a few working days.
After a refund
What changes, and what you keep
-
Course access ends
Access to the refunded course closes once the refund is sent. Other courses on your account are untouched.
-
The certificate is withdrawn
Any certificate issued for that course is revoked and its verification link stops resolving.
-
Downloads must be deleted
Templates, checklists and case-study files from the refunded course should be removed from your machine.
-
Your assignments stay yours
Work you produced — the media plan, the tracking spec, the content you wrote — remains yours to use.
Edge cases
The points worth spelling out
Declines, our own mistakes, duplicate charges and your statutory rights. These carry the same weight as the clauses above.
Read the full terms- When would a refund be declined?
- Three cases: the 14 days have passed, a quarter or more of the modules are complete, or the account has broken the fair-use rules in our terms — sharing a login, or recording and redistributing the video.
- What if a course is not as described?
- Tell us, with specifics, and the module limit stops applying. If the curriculum we published does not match what you got, that is our error to fix, not a window for you to miss.
- What if you withdraw a course I bought?
- If we retire a course you own outright and do not replace it with an updated version, we refund it regardless of when you bought it. Course updates are not a withdrawal — those come free with your access.
- What about a duplicate or accidental charge?
- Refunded in full as soon as we can see it, with no window and no module check. Send us the date and the amount and we will trace it with the payment provider.
- Does this reduce my statutory rights?
- No. If you buy as a consumer, your legal cancellation and refund rights apply in full and nothing on this page limits them. Where the law gives you more than this policy does, the law wins.
- Who do I talk to if I disagree with a decision?
- Reply to the decision and ask for it to be reviewed. A second person looks at it. We would rather re-examine a judgement call than leave a learner feeling unheard.
The cheapest way to avoid all of this
Watch the free module before you pay. It is the real first lesson, with its working file, and it tells you more than any refund policy can.
