The rules behind your enrolment
Short version: you pay for a course, you keep it, and you use it at work. The full version is below. We wrote it in plain English on purpose. No dense legal wall, no buried clause.
What this page covers
Four things this agreement settles
Our audience is busy and sceptical of hype. So here is the deal in four blocks, before any detail.
- 01
Who this agreement is between
These terms are an agreement between you and OnlineWebTraining. They apply the moment you browse the site, open a free lesson or enrol in a course.
- 02
What we agree to give you
We give you the course you paid for. That means the video modules, the assignments, the templates and the case studies listed on the course page before you buy.
- 03
What we ask from you
Use one account. Keep your login private. Treat instructors and other learners like colleagues. Do not resell or republish what we teach.
- 04
When these terms change
We update this page when the platform changes. The review date above always shows the current version. Big changes are flagged on the site before they apply.
Enrolment and payment
Buy a course, or open the whole catalogue
Two ways to pay sit side by side. A single course is yours for good. A subscription opens everything while it runs. Prices shown at checkout include any tax we must collect.
Payments are handled by our payment provider. We never store your full card number on this site.

Accounts
You need an account to watch a lesson. You must be 16 or older. The details you enter must be true, so your certificate carries the right name.
-
Single-course purchase
Buy one course and you keep access to it. There is no time limit and no extra fee. Updates to that course reach you at no cost.
-
All-access subscription
A subscription opens the whole catalogue while it is active. It renews on the same date each period. Cancel any time and access runs to the end of the paid term.
-
Team seats
Corporate plans are billed per seat. Seats belong to named people. A seat can move to a new colleague, but two people must never share one login.
Refunds and cancellation
A clear path if the course is wrong for you
We would rather you start free than ask for money back. Both routes are open, and neither is hidden.
- 01
Try before you pay
Every course has a free intro lesson. We ask you to watch it first. It is the cheapest way to check the level, the pace and the instructor.
- 02
The 14-day window
Changed your mind? Ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase. You must have finished less than a quarter of the course modules.
- 03
How to ask
Send the request through our contact page. Name the course and the purchase date. We reply in writing and confirm what happens next.
- 04
After a refund
Access to that course ends once the money is sent back. Any certificate issued for it is withdrawn. Downloaded templates must be deleted.
Content and fair use
What you may do with the material
-
Your licence
A purchase buys one personal, non-transferable licence. Watch the lessons. Use the templates in your own work and for your own clients.
-
What is not allowed
No downloading, recording or re-uploading of our video. No sharing a login. No feeding whole courses into another training product.
-
Your own work
Assignments you complete stay yours. Campaigns, briefs and spreadsheets you build on our templates belong to you or your employer.
-
Fair enforcement
We may suspend an account that breaks these rules. Where the breach looks accidental, we warn first and explain the fix.
Straight answers
The points people ask about twice
Certificates, promises and liability. These five answers carry the same weight as the clauses above.
- What does a certificate prove?
- It confirms you finished the modules and passed the assignments in that course. It is shareable on LinkedIn. It is not a state-issued or academic qualification.
- Do you promise a job or a result?
- No. We teach working frameworks and real tools. Results depend on your market, your budget and your own work. Nobody here sells a seven-day life change.
- Can course content change?
- Yes, and it should. Marketing moves fast. We refresh modules when a platform or a method changes. Your access covers those updates.
- What are the limits of our liability?
- Our courses are training, not advice for one specific business. We are not liable for ad spend, lost revenue or business decisions you take after a lesson.
- Which law applies?
- These terms follow the law of the country where OnlineWebTraining is established. Your own consumer rights as a buyer are not reduced by anything here.
Read the terms. Then go and use the skills.
Start with a free intro lesson. No card, no commitment, no pressure. If it fits, enrol and begin the same day.
